SAO PAULO Updated regulations in Brazil will determine whether wireless carrier TIM Participações SA (TIMP3.SA) considers a tie-up with a local rival, the chief executive officer of controlling shareholder Telecom Italia SpA (TLIT.MI) said on Tuesday.
