Telecom Italia CEO confirms plan to list towers unit by summer

ROME, March 9 (Reuters) - Telecom Italia Chief Executive Marco Patuano confirmed on Monday plans to list its Italian towers business by the end of the summer, rejecting media speculation the unit could be merged with other operators.
