Milan court finds Provera guilty in Telecom Italia case

Mr Tronchetti Provera received a 20-month suspended jail sentence on Wednesday and was ordered to pay €900,000 to Telecom Italia. Mr Provera, who denies the charges, said he would appeal. The prosecution had sought a two-year jail term.
