MILAN Nov 28 (Reuters) - Telecom Italia will not bid for Vivendi's GVT subsidiary in Brazil as it prepares to reject an offer of a capital increase from Egyptian tycoon Naguib Sawiris, Il Sole 24 Ore said on Wednesday.
